Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

Name, email, phone, country, stay dates, number of guests, estimated arrival time and the message you send us. We don't ask for sensitive data or card details: the deposit is paid by direct bank transfer.

Why we use it

Only to manage your booking: confirm it, coordinate your arrival, issue the accommodation proof and communicate with you. We never send marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process your data because it is needed to manage the booking you request and the stay you book, and with the consent you give us when you send the request. You can withdraw it at any time, without retroactive effect.

How long we keep it

For the duration of your booking and up to 2 years after check-out, for tax and guest-registration obligations. After that, the system automatically deletes your name, email, phone and message.

Who can access it and where it is stored

We never sell or hand over your data. Only the providers that help us operate can access it, as data processors: Boostify (Chile), which builds and runs the website; Contabo, whose server hosts the website in the United States; and Google (Gmail), where we receive booking emails, also in the United States. This involves an international data transfer, made only to manage your booking and with providers that apply appropriate security measures. Airbnb and Booking only receive the booked dates, never your data. We also share it with authorities when required by law.

Cookies and external services

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the map from OpenStreetMap: when they are displayed, those services receive your IP address.

Your rights

Under Chilean Law 21.719 you can access, correct and delete your data, object to its processing, and request its portability or temporary blocking. Write to daniel.camusn@gmail.com with your name and booking code: we reply within 30 calendar days at most.

If you are not satisfied

You can file a complaint with Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).

Security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), protected passwords and restricted access to the booking panel. If a breach affecting your data ever occurred, we would notify you and report it to the Personal Data Protection Agency, as the law requires.
